A 33-year-old man has been arrested and charged before Oshodi Magistrates’ court for alleged indecent assault and having unlawful carnal knowledge of a 20-year-old mentally challenged woman in Oshodi, Lagos State, western Nigeria.

The man, Itodo Stephen, allegedly had carnal knoweledge of the victim (name withheld) when she was alone in their home at Alhaji Shehu Close, Oshodi, Lagos where Stephen lives with the victim’s parents. Continue Reading
