Beware Of People Using Fake Facebook Accounts To Scam In My Name” – D’Tunes

Since the advent of social media, popular celebrities have always been targeted by online fraudsters who scam unsuspecting people with fake and parody accounts.

Popular music producer, D’tunes has also cried out that people are using fake accounts on Facebook to defraud people, selling fake forms to up and coming artistes, and diverting them to a fake D’tunes studio.

Speaking exclusively to NET, D’tunes said: ‘First and foremost, we are not signing artistes at Difference Entertainment and we are not running any form of promotions on Facebook or any social media platform. It is very bad for people to be using my name and that of my artiste, Sean Tizzle to promote their brands and scam people. Also I do not have any studio around Oniru, Lagos because it seems there is a studio around Oniru called D’tunes Studio and it’s not mine but people keep calling me to say that they were at my studio at Oniru.’

D’tunes has said his original Facebook ID is ‘Doyin D’tunes Adesanya‘ and below are screenshots of the fake accounts and the promos being run online in his name.

APC’ll rescue Nigeria from insecurity, says Atiku

Former Vice-President, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar

A former Vice President, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, has said the All Progressives Congress is ready to rescue Nigeria from the throes of insecurity, infrastructural decay and other problems militating against the development of the country.

Atiku, who is a presidential aspirant on the platform of the APC, spoke in Osogbo on Thursday when he visited the party secretariat in an apparent move to woo delegates from the state.

He said he was moved to offer himself up to salvage the worsening situations in the country, saying everything lawful must be done to snatch the nation from bad leaders.

Atiku said, “It is sad that all the sectors in the country are dangerously drifting and not working as expected. We need to act urgently to rescue the nation. I am compelled to offer my services to rescue Nigeria from precipice and contribute towards stabilising it.

“What is right in Nigeria at the moment? Is it education, security, aviation or health? The onus is on me as a statesman to offer my services for our country and salvage it. If we all agreed that things are not right, what is next is how to remedy the situation. The APC is ready to offer leadership and direction to move Nigeria forward. We are ready to rescue Nigeria from collapse. This is achievable with the support of Nigerians.”

The presidential aspirant urged Nigerians to shun religious sentiment and ethnicity while voting in 2015.

Atiku refuted rumour that he would defect from the APC if he loses the presidential ticket.

He assured that all the APC presidential aspirants had agreed that they would support whoever emerged as the presidential candidate of the party.

According to him, the chances of the APC winning the 2015 presidential race were becoming brighter every day.

The APC presidential aspirant added that the nation at this time needed a leader who would act fast to restore peace and put it back on the path to development.

The state Deputy Governor, Mrs. Titi Laoye-Tomori, who received Atiku on behalf of Governor Rauf Aregbesola, said the people of Osun State were ready to vote out President Goodluck Jonathan in 2015.

The Chairman of the APC in the state, Mr. Gboyega Famoodun, stated that despite intimidation by the Peoples Democratic Party-led Federal Government during the August 9 governorship election in Osun State, the party won convincingly.

Some residents of the village who spoke with Sahara Reporters said that the sect members shot several people dead and injured many before heading to the village square to announce that they have taking over the town as one of their caliphates.

Israeli woman killed in West Bank stabbing

An Israeli woman has been killed and three other people wounded in separate stabbing incidents in Tel Aviv and the occupied West Bank, Israeli police have said.
Monday’s incidents came amid continuing tension in parts of Israel and the occupied territories following the storming of the Al-Aqsa Mosque by Israeli soldiers last Wednesday.
On Monday evening, a Palestinian man stabbed three Israelis at the entrance of the Alon Shvut settlement in the West Bank, Israeli police said, adding that the attacker was shot dead by a guard.
A 25-year-old Israeli woman died in the incident and the other two victims have been hospitalised for moderate injuries.
Al Jazeera’s Imtiaz Tyab, reporting from Jerusalem, said that all of those stabbed in the West Bank were Israelis.
“One of the guards stationed at the entrance shot the attacker,” he said. “There are conflicting reports whether the Palestinian attacker was killed or is being treated in hospital.”
“Settlements are gated communities with armed guards and high walls with high protection,” our correspondent said.
Israeli media, quoting security sources, identified the attacker as Maher Hamdi Hashalamun, 30, from the southern Israeli city of Hebron.
The suspect reportedly had served four and a half years in prison for throwing a fire bomb at Israeli security forces.
Police spokesperson Luba Samri said: “A car stopped at the hitchhiking stop at the entrance to Alon Shvut, the driver got out of the car and stabbed three civilians who were standing there.”
Earlier on Monday, a Palestinian stabbed and critically wounded an Israeli soldier near a train station in Tel Aviv, according to the police.
Police spokesman Micky Rosenfeld, said officers had arrested the Tel Aviv attacker, who had stabbed the soldier several times, adding that he was a Palestinian from the town of Nablus in the occupied West Bank.
“He is currently under interrogation,” Rosenfeld said.
According to a witness, who talked to Israeli radio, the attacker, ran in the direction of Levanda Street after the incident.
“I chased him, and came back and saw the soldier writhing on the ground,” the witness said.
A spokeswoman at the Tel Aviv hospital where the wounded soldier is being treated described his condition as grave, the AP news agency reported. He is reported to be in his twenties.

Usher admits he has changed his priorities since he gave birth to sons, Usher V and Naviyd.

The ‘OMG’ hit-maker who has sons six-year-old Usher V, and five-year-old Naviyd, with ex-wife Tameka Foster admits he has grown stronger both because of his kids and also tragedies such as the death of Tameka’s 11-year-old son, Kile Glover in 2012.

He said: ‘Having children changes how you look at life, what matters, what’s a priority. And then you have a few uphill battles – well, that makes you even more resilient.’

The 36-year-old singer is a hands-on dad and loves spending as much time as possible with his two boys.

He told USA Today newspaper: ‘I’m with my children all the time in Atlanta. When I’m on tour, they come in and out.

‘Usher’s more active; I can be out in the park with him for two hours, just throwing a ball around. Naviyd loves to read, loves to see shows. I love to have him with me in New York.’

Usher is currently on tour and managed to win over one of his toughest critics his youngest son at a show in Madison Square Gardens last week.

He laughed: ‘He was sitting with his grandma [and] he went from, ‘I don’t like your music’ to ‘I liked your show!’
