“Nigeria has now recorded seven confirmed cases of Ebola Virus Disease. The first one was the index case, which is the imported case from Liberia of which the victim is now late. Yesterday, 5th August, 2014, the first known Nigerian to die of the EVD was recorded and this was one of the nurses that attended to the Liberian. The other five cases are currently being treated at the Isolation Ward in Lagos.” he said
The Minister noted that all Nigerians diagnosed with the disease had primary contact with the late Liberian man. He then announced the appointment of Prof. O. Onajole, of the Lagos University Teaching Hospital, who will be based in Lagos, as the Director, Communication and Community Mobilisation for the Ebola Virus Disease.
The war between Israel and Palestine has entered Day 28 and what’s happening there is sickening. Over half a million people in Gaza city have been rendered homeless with 270,000 crammed into 90 crowded UN shelters, some of which have had no running water and electricity. At least 1,700 Palestinians have been killed while 69 Israelis have been killed. Shelters full of children in Gaza have been bombed, medical supplies have run out, many hospitals damaged and medics are unable to go to work. Many UN facilities sheltering displayed Palestinians, especially women and children have been hit, killing so many little children in the city.
The conflict between Israel and Palestine has been going on for decades but this particular one started on July 17th after Gaza attacked Israel with rockets following failed peace negotiations. Israel replied with both air and ground invasion of Gaza City….and the world is just watching.
Above is a new born baby – with hospital tags still attached – wounded by shrapnel. The baby who already lost his mother, died two days after this photo was taken…

One of the Nigerian doctors who treated Liberian Patrick Sawyer (pictured right) who died last week in Lagos of Ebola virus, has tested positive to the virus.
The Minister of Health, Onyebuchi Chukwu, revealed this today Monday August 4th and also said that eight people who had first degree contact with the Liberian have been quarantined and are under strict observation.
Now after attending to Sawyer, this doctor, unaware that he’d exposed himself to Ebola, would have gone home to give his wife a kiss and hugged his daughter/son. God help us. More details later…

The pic on the left is Mama Tina after a few plastic surgeries; the pics centre and right is what the 60 year old mother of two looks like right not. The pics were taken recently
According to reports, she’s spent over $300k on plastic surgeries. She reportedly had a full face-lift, tummy tuck, breast implants, liposuction, and fat transfer. That’s a gorgeous 60 year old.
